Zoncn’s Low-Voltage Inverter was Successfully Used in Mineral Powder Briquetting Machine Project

All materials that need to be smelted require an ore powder briquetting machine. Suitable for industrial gas production, boiler type, cold pressure type core, various molding of ignition briquettes, civil briquettes, civil metallurgy, refractory materials, medicine and other materials.

Frequency converter technical requirements:

1. Since the ball press motors are all 6-level three-phase asynchronous motors with a rated speed of 980r/min and a rated current higher than ordinary 2-level and 4-level motors, the inverter must be used with heavy load when selecting it.

2. The operation process is to start the motor first, and then put in the ore powder. During this process, the inverter will be affected by external force and the current will suddenly increase. The inverter must be able to withstand this impact. Once it gets stuck, the ore in the equipment will The powder will be difficult to handle. The frequency converter must be able to accept sudden changes in current during operation and better suppress sudden changes in current.

3. When discharging, there are stones of different sizes in the ore powder. Although the feeding speed is constant, there will also be sudden changes in current. In order to allow the equipment to run better uninterrupted, the frequency converter in this industry must be used in 2 larger speeds.
